Locate your Wellcare-Centene Member ID (found on your insurance card) and click “Get Started” to navigate to Medical Guardian’s platform and choose your device from our members’ options.
If you currently have an older benefit package, upgrading is simple. Get in touch with our customer service, and they will guide you through the process of switching onto our new PERS benefit.
Medical Guardian offers a range of PERS devices to cater to your unique needs. The devices shown are mobile alerts, however, a home-based unit is available if a mobile device does not work in your area.
Home devices are offered if your area has limited or no cellular connectivity and features two-way communication through a landline.
Wearable devices that can be worn around the neck, wrist, or clipped to a pocket are water-resistant for shower use and equipped with GPS for on-the-go protection.
